Everyone's body structure is different and being fit doesn't rely totally on weight.  To go to the extreme of things an obese person might be "healthier" or more "fit" than someone who is super skinny.  Also muscle weighs more than fat so someone who is "over their allowed weight" might have more muscle mass and be more "fit" than someone who is under their "allowed body weight" but who is "average" size.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">WildKat</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 21 Jul 2009 00:37:42 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
